Investment
Investing from abroad — without travelling.
For overseas buyers: the process, power of attorney, payment, currency documentation and title deed — explained plainly.
Buyers living abroad can purchase an apartment at V Premium Ağrı without travelling to Turkey, using a power of attorney certified by a notary or consulate; payment is made by international bank transfer and the title deed is transferred into the buyer’s name through a representative.
How does buying without travelling work?
01
View the apartment remotely
Our sales team takes you around the site on a video call, showing the block position and apartment type. Floor plans and current renders are shared digitally.
02
Choose the type and payment plan
We select the right type together, based on your budget and intended use — living in it or renting it out. The current payment options are shared with you in writing.
03
Issue a power of attorney
To complete the purchase without travelling, a power of attorney issued by a Turkish consulate in your country or by a notary is sufficient. We explain exactly which powers it must include.
04
Payment and currency record
Payment is made by international bank transfer. When foreign currency is brought in, a Foreign Currency Purchase Certificate (DAB) can be issued — a document that matters for a future sale and for tax purposes.
05
Title deed (Tapu)
The transfer is completed through your representative. All documents are shared digitally and the title deed is registered in your name.

If I let it out, who will live there?
An investment's return depends on continuous tenant demand at that location. V Premium sits at the intersection of four separate sources of demand:
University
Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University is 5 minutes away. Tenant demand from students and academics renews every academic year.
City hospital
The Training & Research Hospital is directly opposite the development. Healthcare staff look for homes within walking distance of the hospital district.
V Mall
The shopping centre inside the development draws regional traffic and creates a separate income line for commercial-unit investment.
Border trade
The Gürbulak line and six neighbouring markets create a constant flow of business people and short stays in the city. The aparthotel units target this demand.

- Fronting the E80/D100 ring road
- Opposite the Training and Research Hospital
